HSHS System- If you are feeling sick, please call your primary care doctor or schedule an online visit through HSHS Anytime Care at www.anytimecare.com. You can also call the COVID 19 hotline at 800-889-3931 .

ThedaCare- Offering virtual care options to connect you with a primary care physician, as well as mobile site locations to get a free test.  Here are current Thedacare sites: 
Fox Cities Stadium, 2400 N Casaloma Dr Appleton, WI 54913, Tuesdays from 9am-12pm, and 12:30pm-5pm. Register here.

Door County Medical Center- in Sturgeon Bay is offering tests to patients and non-patients by appointment. Their other locations (like Algoma) are not offering tests. They are offering free virtual COVID-19 screening by appointment through their online portal. Their coronavirus hotline open from 8am-4:30pm is (920)-746-3700. 

CVS- is open to the public for testing at multiple locations by appointment via their online portal.

Appleton North High School- is hosting a free, drive through testing site staffed by the Wisconsin National Guard. Preregistration at register.covidconnect.wi.gov is recommended, but not required to receive a test. The High School is located at 5000 N. Ballard Road, Appleton, WI. 

Christ The Rock Church- Free testing is available every Thursday from 9a.m.-5p.m., at W6254 Hwy. 10/114. You must register online before you go.

UW-Green Bay- UWGB is hosting a free drive-through test center from 9a.m. to 4p.m. near the Weidner Center. You have to register online before you go, so click HERE to do so.

UW-Oshkosh-  UWO is hosting a free test site at the Culver Family Welcome Center at 625 Pearl Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54901. Testing is available Monday-Friday from 11a.m. to 7p.m. while supplies last. Before you go, register online HERE to make sure you can receive a test.

At-Home Testing- There are now free testing kits Wisconsinites can order to their home. Follow the link to order a free at home test, whether you have symptoms or not.
